Where do you visit?
We serve the entire Surrey and Berkshire border including Windsor, Bracknell, and Slough. Based in Wraysbury, we provide fast local coverage. Call if your town isn't listed.
What are the costs?
Pricing is fixed by size: £95 for 1-bed, £120 for 2-bed, and £135 for 3-bed properties. Larger homes start at £150. You will always see the total price before checkout.
How fast is the process?
The onsite survey takes 30–60 minutes. Once finished, we lodge your certificate on the official government register, usually within 24 hours of the site visit.
When does it expire?
EPCs remain valid for 10 years. Before booking, check the government register to see if your property already has a current valid certificate that you can reuse immediately.
